The 'Preventing and responding to extreme behaviour' course has been updated to include a new version of the SW-PBS self-assessment survey. This version of the survey is intended to be completed at least one year after completing the existing survey in the course (Activity 2 in Module 1). It allows you and your colleagues to evaluate improvements and focus areas in relation to your school's implementation of SW-PBS, when compared with your original survey data. 

This survey will become available to you once you have completed the course and downloaded your certificate of completion. You will find it directly below the existing survey in Module 1.
